The January edition of Main Ingredient was amazing over 400 people came out to party and most importantly donate food and money for the Daily Bread Food Bank. We raised over $1300 dollars. Here are the pics from the night taken by Char Loro.

New music videos, some really great stuff here. Notes To Self put out a really dope video with some amazing visuals. See if you can name all the videos they used in the clip. Beyonce dropped another video that makes me think damn it must be great to be Jay-Z. If she does that type stuff behind closed doors, who needs a strip club? Ludacris released a vid for his dis track “Bada Boom”, still don’t see the point of dissing up and coming MCs. I didn’t think Luda needed to go the 50 Cent route. Mobb Deep is back and they sound like it’s 96 all over again. Snoop and Whiz maybe the new hip hop Cheech and Chong check their video you’ll see what I mean. N.O.R.E. Meek Mill and Pusha T show you that “Scared Money” don’t make no money.

This Wednesday we add a new DJ to our long list of talented list of guests that have rocked the crowd with DJ Scuffs. DJ Makem makes his Word Up debut this week. I’m really excited for this, I’ve seen Makem spin a couple years ago at a Red Bull 3Style event and he rocked the crowd. This is going to be a fun night with one of Toronto’s best party rockers.
