TRAILER: THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN

The trailer for the this summers The Amazing Spider-Man dropped today at 3 AM EST. Normally I would round up all of the weeks trailers and post them then, but this is too good to wait. We finally get a much better look at the entire movie, even though they are rebooting the story it doesn’t look anything like the Sam Raimi/Tobey Maguire trilogy. It’s cool to see a wise cracking Spidey and the web-slingers make their film debut. The villain this go is the Lizard which we get tiny glimpses of. Check it out, this with The Avengers and The Dark Knight Rises is going to make a great summer for movies.

FRIDAY TRAILER ROUND-UP – RED TAILS, PROJECT X AND MORE

Here are this weeks new trailers. Well Red Tails isn’t new but it’s out this week and it’s my movie choice for this week. Now the best trailer this week is for Project X, I saw the 1st trailer months ago and thought it was ok, but the 2nd trailer just dropped and I was laughing my ass off. I will be seeing this movie come March. One movie I’m on the fence about is the new Resident Evil movie, I enjoy them for some reason, I still have to see 4 I can’t believe they made it to 5. The last trailer is for Wes Anderson’s Moonrise Kingdom. It came out awhile back but I forgot to add it.

NEW TRAILER: THE DARK KNIGHT RISES

Normally trailers go in the Friday Round Up, today I’m breaking the rule. It’s my site I can do that and it’s for The Dark Knight Rises so of course I’m gonna post it right away. I cannot wait for this movie it looks like it will be epic. Honestly it isn’t the best trailer, the Football scene looks nuts and I hope they shot it in IMAX ’cause that will look amazing. Other than that you don’t get much. The trailer for the Dark Knight was way better. Either way nothing will stop me from seeing this movie at Midnight July 20th in IMAX. I mean you could have no trailer and people will go see this movie. Either way check it out. It looks good.

FRIDAY MOVIE TRAILER ROUND-UP: JOHN CARTER

Ok this isn’t really a round-up this week, it’s just one trailer. The reason is everything else looked like crap to me so I’m not gonna post them. One movie I’ve been following the making of is John Carter, it was originally titled John Carter of Mars which I think was a cooler name. It’s based on the books from Tarzan writer Edgar Rice Burroughs. John Carterbeing pushed as Disney’s next big franchise to follow Pirates of the Caribbean and as big starring vehicle for Friday Night Lights star Taylor Kitsch. Here is the full trailer for the movie. It’s mostly action so hopefully a new one will elaborate on the plot. It looks like it could be a fun movie.
